This course concentrates on the Logistic Support Analysis Record (LSAR) and includes the management, manipulation and interrogation of the data contained in the LSAR. This module also examines the LSAR in detail via theory and practical exercises. This course is designed for LSAR Data practitioners and Data System Managers so they fully understand the back-end data and data requirements for an LSAR.
This course is not for the faint hearted and provides an in depth coverage of all sections of the LSAR database, including data construction, loading, exporting, Adhoc reports and tailoring of the data selection. In addition the course will also provide practical demonstrations of using LSAR Software using the LES Developed Software tools that are currently in use in many Defence SPO and with Defence Service providers.

Please note that in order to attend this course you will have either completed the ILS Practitioner Course or have completed similar ILS introductory training. Personnel should also be reasonably conversant with DEF(AUST) 5691 and the ADO Logistic Manual.
