Please take note of the following conditions:
  • Although this mainly effects Corporate training, where course certificates are to be issued (all bar Module 1A), at least 14 working days notice of the names of courses participants is to be provided so certificates can be provided at completion of the training. Post course delivered certificates will be issued by post but may take several weeks post course delivery.
  • Students who for whatever reason, be they absent due to illness, injury or work commitments, that have failed to complete 95% of the course training sessions or who do not complete the Final Assessments, will not be granted course qualification and will be required to attend another course at a later date to complete those non-attended sessions if course qualification is required. Managers should be made aware that persons removed from the course for work tasks, may not become accredited with a course pass if they are away from the course past the stipulated attendance requirement.
